7 Sunflowers spiritual bath or 7 Girasoles in Spanish for attraction of love. 

How To Use The Bath

Bath

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water.
2. Pour the 8 ounces bath into the bathtub and mix well.
3. Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a bath.
4. Submerge your body in the bath for 10 minutes.
5. During these 10 minutes meditate and energize your body and soul with positive energy.
6. Drain the content from the bathtub
7. Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.

Shower

1. Mix the 8 ounces of bath in approximately 2 gallons of water.
2. Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a wash.
3. Slowly with a 8 ounce cup pour your mixed bath to your body from the shoulders down. 
4. As you pour the bath on your body meditate  and energize your body and soul with positive energy.
5. Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.
