The packaging /shipping was excellent. The product was average. The candles only burned for 5 days as opposed to 7 as advertised and the bayberry aroma only lasted a day or 2 and then it faded away. When I initially started using this item the bayberry scent penetrated through my entire home. So I was disappointed not to get the same results.
