How To Use The Bath:

Bath

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water.
2. Pour the bathtub fill with water mix well.
3. Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a bath.
4. Submerge your body and cleanse for 30 minutes 
5. During this time meditate and energize your body with positive energies and picture the person you desire with you.
6. Drain the content from the bathtub
7. Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.

Shower

1. Mix bath in approximately 5 gallons of water.
2. Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a wash.
3. Slowly pour your bath to your body from the shoulders down.
