How To Use The Ruda Bath:

Bath

1. 1.     Fill your bathtub with warm water.
2. 2.     Pour the 8 ounces of Ruda into the bathtub and mix well.
3. 3.     Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a bath.
4. 4.     Submerge your body in the Ruda bath for 10 minutes.
5. 5.     During these 10 minutes meditate and energize your body with positive energies.
6. 6.     Drain the content from the bathtub
7. 7.     Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.

Shower

1. 1.     Mix the 8 ounces of Ruda bath in approximately 2 gallons of water.
2. 2.     Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a wash.
3. 3.     Slowly with an 8 ounce cup pour your mixed Ruda bath to your body from the shoulders down. 
4. 4.     As you pour the Ruda bath on your body meditate and energize your body with positive energies.
5. 5.     Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.
