No pull out
Usually when I order a pull out candle, there is a small piece of cardboard wedged between the candle and the glass. This time when I received the candle, that piece of cardboard was not there and the candle melted a little bit so I was not able to pull the candle out. Other than that the candle was wrapped and packaged well.
